PSYLLIUM WHAT???
Now that you have the essential food items for your kitchen We can already plan our diet. We can start with the most important meal of the day - BREAKFAST. If you are the type of person who like skipping breakfast, sorry my diet will not work for you. 30 minutes before breakfast, stir 5 grams (may be adjusted depending on your need) of psyllium husk in a half glass of water with some squezzed lemon for 30 seconds. and drink it immediately. I drink another glass of water soon after. and continues to drink 8-10 glasses of water all throughout the day.
